Refund policy

1. Return Windows

• 14 Days: For returns or exchanges if you change your mind (item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging).

• 30 Days: For items that are defective or not as described.

2. Non-Returnable Items

According to Egyptian Consumer Law, we cannot accept returns for:

• Custom-made or personalized products.

• Personal care items, swimwear, and lingerie.

• Items missing the original invoice.
